All DNA-Detect PCR kits come complete with PCR tubes containing appropriate concentrations of buffer,dNTPs, magnesium chloride (MgCl₂) and specific oligonuceotide primers for 48 DNA amplifications. Positive control DNA samples (8) and detailed instructions are included in each kit. Taq DNA polymerase is not provided.
