VITA-TECH provides an extensive courier network to service our clients. Over 40 couriers operate in our local Southern Ontario/Quebec/Northwestern New York State area. VITA-TECH offers three options for specimen pickups:
1. Call-in pickups
Clients may call at any time for pickups. Please contact your service representative for information on courier schedules and cut-off times in your area.
2. Scheduled pickups
For the convenience of our busy clients, a service representative can arrange for a driver to automatically stop at your clinic at pre-arranged times during the day.
3. Scheduled telephone confirmations
A service representative can arrange to have VITA-TECH call your clinic at specified times during the day to verify that specimens are to be picked up. In some areas, premium pickup and testing services are available at a small surcharge.
