Online Access and E-mail Reporting Registration

To gain access to your results you must have an active account with VITA-TECH. Please register for either Online Results access or E-mail Reporting by completing the form below. You will be notified by e-mail when your Online Results access or E-mail Reporting has been set up.

In order to access the Online Results site, your computer and software must meet the following requirements:

Internet Access
Either Netscape 4 OR MS Internet Explorer 4 or higher
Adobe Acrobat Reader 4 or higher
Cookies and Javascript must be enabled on you browser
